The type b arc troopers are the second generation of clone arc troopers. those skirata arcs are highly intelligent, crazy but loyal to all who they trust.
only kal skirata was able to raise and to training them to be a arc trooper. Type a arc clones where the first version of the jango fett clones, which are highly intelligent, but also they do think independed like jango fett and they are hard to be control.
Well i would say, it depends on the training and on the type of clone we are speaking from.
